As the user, you are responsible for exercising your own judgment in assessing the safety and suitability of the itinerary we have suggested. Morgen Mark will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of our services.

The prices we charge for our services are as listed on our website. By purchasing our package, you confirm that the number of guests using our services is the same as the package you selected. We reserve the right to deny service to you if we suspect that the number of guests using our services differs from the package you have chosen. In this scenario, you will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of an increase in the number of guests for your trip, please inform us as soon as possible. The difference in prices must be settled. Conversely, if there is a decrease in the number of guests for your trip, we do not offer a reimbursement or refund for the price difference.

3. User Responsibilities

- You must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a legal guardian to use our Service.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. You agree that all the information you have provided to us are in line with local legal requirements and must not contain illegal material. We reserve the right to decline services to you without refund if we discover inaccurate or false information provided by you.

- Any recommendations, itineraries, or advice provided by Morgen Mark are for informational and planning purposes only.

- You are solely responsible for making and managing your own travel bookings with third-party service providers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

- Since Morgen Mark does not provide booking or payment services, we do not process refunds or handle cancellations for any travel products or services.

- 24 hour free cancellation: Cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of purchasing are eligible for a full refund. Purchases made with discount code or referral code will not be eligible for this free cancellation service. The cut off time for free cancellation is determined by the time your purchase is registered on our computer system and the time of cancellation request registered on our system or email inbox. Cancellation request can be made by emailing us directly at contact@morgenmark.com or filling out our contact form available on our website.

- Refund will not be possible if the request is made more than 24 hours after the purchase under any circumstances, unless we have failed to deliver the travel plan to you within the specific time frame according to the package you have purchased. No further compensation will be made aside from refunding the amount we charged.

- Any refunds or cancellations related to bookings, reservations, or purchases made through third-party service providers are subject to the policies of those providers.

- It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and refund policies of any third-party providers before making any travel arrangements.

- Morgen Mark is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from cancellations or refund requests with third-party providers.

- **Advisory Role Only:** Morgen Mark provides travel planning and advisory services only. All information, recommendations, and itineraries are offered for informational purposes and personal use. As much as we wish to provide up to date and accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided on our website or through our services.

- **No Endorsement or Warranty:** Morgen Mark does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations or warranties regarding any third-party providers, their products, services, or websites. All bookings, purchases, and arrangements made in connection with third-party services are solely between you and the relevant third-party provider.
